Twangy Pop it is...
Been listening to Josh Gracin on repeat today - somedays I just LOVE a good country beat and today is one of those days. Have had such a relaxing day so far - woke up late and leisurley, got some errands done, went for a LONG swim at the pool and got some wireless internet hooked up at the house so I can use my laptop wherever - which is good.
So last night Jamie and I went to the tech rehearsal for one of 4 (or is it 5) shows that we are teching for the UCFV Director's Festival. This one was called, "Duck Variations" and it was basically two old men sitting around talking about ducks. Even though I had my face glued to the sound cues half the time, trying to figure everything out, I laughed several times and really enjoyed it - it's going to be a good show. I would recommend it. Incidentally, the Director's Festival is at UCFV Chilliwack from April 28th - the 30th. Shows are only $5 or 4 for $15 - good deal for some high quality theatre. Hope to see you all there!
